More than 750,000 people in our area face hunger. Help ‘can’ hunger this November & December by camping out for hunger. Bring non-perishable items to XFINITY Live!from Monday, November 28th through Friday, December 2nd or Every $1 donated = 2 meals to help feed our neighbors in need.
Last year, thanks to thousands of corporate partners, small businesses, volunteers and YOU Camp Out for Hunger was the most successful ever! For the 9th year in a row, Preston & Steve camped out to fight hunger, and their efforts yielded approximately ONE MILLION pounds of food, plus more than $100,000+ that provided one million meals to our hungry neighbors!
The week-long event will feature local and national celebrities, like those who attended last year: Athletes from the Eagles, Phillies, Union & Flyers, comedian Judah Friedlander, various political figures and local celebrities and thousands of fans who helped us drive hunger from our communities. You can find select images from last year's Camp Out For Hunger in our Facebook albums found here.
If you can’t make it, but would still like to make a donation, our hungry neighbors in the Delaware Valley would appreciate it.
